Inca is preparing for Dijous Bo, and ahead of the big November celebration, three vibrant fairs will bring the town to life. Mayor Virgilio Moreno described the city’s excitement: “Inca is more alive than ever, offering a packed schedule for all ages that blends tradition with innovation and active community participation.”
Councillor for Fairs, Maritxé Fernández, added, “This year, we’ve designed fairs that are more open and engaging than ever, with fresh activities that respect our traditions while offering spaces for culture, music, and socialising. Each weekend will bring something new to see and enjoy.”
Across the three weekends, visitors can enjoy over 250 activities. The first, Fira de la Terra (Fair of the Land) on 18–19 October, will enchant children with rondalles and specially themed areas. Plaza Mallorca will host workshops, family-friendly events, exhibitors, and brand-new attractions, including the Inca Yokai Fest.
The following weekend, 25–26 October, sees the Fira del Motor (the motor, sports and leisure fair), continuing the excitement of previous editions. Fans of speed can look forward to slalom and drift demonstrations, vehicle and motorcycle displays, and, as a highlight this year, a SuperEnduro exhibition.
Finally, Fira d’Època (the Medieval fair) on 1–2 November will immerse visitors in a mix of art, entertainment, and traditional markets. Popular events such as RataMarket, Creativíssim, and the Circus Diada will create a lively atmosphere, with the period market taking centre stage. Associations Esment, Joan XXIII, and Aldaba will decorate Plaza Espanya with autumn leaves, while Plaza de Santa Maria la Major will feature a striking iron heart adorned with knitted hearts from Punts amb Vida. Fundació Es Garrover will add a creative, socially conscious touch to the recycling fair, enhancing the event’s appeal for visitors of all ages.
With three weekends packed with attractions, workshops, exhibitions, and performances, Inca promises a celebration of tradition, creativity, and community spirit leading up to El Dijous Bo.
