No heat alert but highs still pushing up to around 35C. Over the next days heat alerts can be expected for the interior and perhaps elsewhere. As previously reported, Aemet is forecasting highs up to 38C at times next week.
On the mainland, much of the country is either on yellow or amber alert. It was up to 41C in parts of southern Spain on Friday. There is a red warning, which would be 42/43C, though no actual red alerts have currently been issued.
